Our
tradition
Our roots has a heritage in the food industry, dating back to the grandfather Hamdi Bolaca who immigrated to Turkey from Macedonia in 1924 and established a traditional flour mill. Today, the Bolaca family is a leading food ingredients supplier in Turkey, operating in various industries including edible oils, plant proteins, livestock and industrial bakery. The company is now managed by its 3rd and 4th generations.
